Responsible for leading the delivery of many multi-disciplined software engineering product teams delivering major digital transformation initiatives, including key aspects of one of the largest MACH migrations in Europe from a monolithic architecture to a modern composable platform utilising key SaaS providers, simultaneously managing and delivering ongoing business and compliance requests.

Key achievements:

  • Directed delivery assurance across multiple teams, driving clarity, alignment and governance for highly sensitive customer journey migrations for multiple brands and device types (upper funnel, product detail pages, customer onboarding and credit application journeys).
  • Coordinated cross-team and external partner collaboration for a large-scale architectural migration, ensuring clear communication, reporting, RAID control, EPMO governance and stakeholder confidence.
