Product Designer & Front-end Developer at Sunshine Coast Council

  • Led the design for an internal staff app, Nexus, for 1000+ users, improving efficiency for completing jobs and submitting timesheets.
  • Led the redesign for a critical Council site, DisasterHub, for upwards of 300,000 people living on the Sunshine Coast, ensuring disaster events are immediately and clearly communicated.
  • Built out component libraries for both projects, increasing consistency and maintaining design systems for scalability
  • Translated design to code for Nexus with .NET MAUI
  • Nexus was presented to the Executive Leadership, CEO, and Mayor

  • Worked to reduce duplicated, unnecessary, or outdated content for Councils corporate site utilizing Content Hygiene working with my supervisor and vendor
  • Led the creation for a better workflow with Councils CMS for workflows & roles presenting and collaborating with the team members to refine it
